July 2013 : £66,070, redemption date = August 2024
Aimmg to pay this off within 3 years and then we can concentrate on paying the interest only original mortgage :TMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Mr T used oil to separate the grains then put boiling water in - worked well

Popped to Sainsbury's earlier to buy a few things that I couldn't get yesterday - expected to spend ~£10, actually spent £36.22... :doh: I'm blaming Mr MWC and his £4 toothbrush :rotfl:

Deadheaded and weeded garden - lawn to be mowed after dinner -
Got annoyed with the squirrel who keeps digging the plants out of my pots :mad:
Lots of laundry
Went for a walk with Mr MWC - hard work today due to the heat and the fact that my legs ached before I started!

Absolutely delicious dinner tonight - scandi-style salmon salad (radish, fennel, granny smith apple and walnuts mixed with creme fraiche, dill and caraway seeds, topped with beetroot and honey-roast salmon flakes) served with a toasted onion bagel :drool:
I have lots of gooseberries in the garden so I think I'll make a batch of green gooseberry & elderflower jam on Friday
