I'm feeling really lost today, everything just seems to be overwhelming and confusing when I know that's not really the case. I'm scared I'm loosing my grip on things and everything will suddenly explode into chaos. I am so tired I just want to go to bed for a week, yet when I go to bed I can't sleep. I'm exhausted just from trying to think about what to do to get through the day. I think it's safe to assume my mental health is not too good right now!!!!

I know I have achieved a lot recently, and I know I will feel better again soon. I hate these inbetween days when my fight is stolen by the dreaded black cloud of depression.

Well i am still struggling with my MH unfortunately and had some really low days - the pain in my hips has been awful, had headaches and stomach cramps all to contend with too - i really hate my health sometimes!!! I think its all related to coming off my HRT but i'm really not sure if its just a coincidence so will keep monitoring things and see what happens.

In the meantime i have managed to do some tidying in the house and downstairs is now sitting pretty :D. I have done about 10 loads of clothes washing, most of which will be getting ebayed or taken to the car boot - i still need to sort what i can actually fit into but am making progress at least. It helps me to know the money i make will be going towards paying off my mortgage and into my savings pot rather than just disappearing into the black hole of living expenses.

It seems rather strange to know both the mortgage and the savings pot options are a better use for my money than paying off the debts!! I still want to be debt free and am rather torn between clearing the remaining debt and working on the mortgage & savings......I feel like i haven't reached the debt free target i have been working towards for so long yet i am changing course. Its a bit unsettling!! Maybe that is affecting my MH as well at the minute???

well finally I feel like my mh is improving at least a bit. can't say for sure what helped this time as I've been doing a whole combination of things, at least I'm starting to feel a bit better :) as always my positive steps challenge has helped me through the worst of it.

yesterday I managed to sort out some job lots of things to sell off - been meaning to do this for ages. v pleased to say I got 5 lots listed and the bids have started already :) I also got some more single items listed! now I want to try and get ahead of myself and start working on listings for the weekend. it's a mega free listing weekend and I want to make the most of it :) I want to see that savings pot grow ;)
