I have just had a wee look back at my debt amounts - so far i have tracked back to 1st Jan 2012 when i had £21,965.54 of debt. With my current debt at £18867.81 that means i have paid off £3097.73 so far this year :D. I am pleased with that i have to say :j

I'm wondering if i will make it to the £17,000 and something mark by the 1st Jan 2013........might be a bit ambitious but a good target to aim for nonetheless :)

Now what else can i sell? :D

I've had a couple of days off after my madly busy week last week and so i'm having a little bit of trouble getting back into the 'zone' today but i have managed to write a list of things to work through.

I'm a bit peeved that i got a reply from DLA already saying no AND they didn't even look at the evidence i sent in :mad::mad::mad: I swear they do it on purpose to put people off you know!! Anyway i guess its going to be complaint time on monday :(

I have made a good few sales while i was away so tomorrow is going to be parcelling day :( hate that bit but at least it will get some more stuff out of this house :)

Whew i have been such a busy busy fairy i haven't even managed to pop in here with an update :o

Its been a crazy few weeks - i have been focussing a lot on getting my house deposit sorted and really surprised myself with getting £1000+ in from selling stuff :D, have had some expenses out of that to go view places but am just £58 short now of my target.

I have a meeting tomorrow with house owner to chat about it all so fingers crossed for that :)

I haven't done much else but focus on the sales but today i started looking at my earning accounts again :)

spud shillings is ending in 5 weeks so will try and remember to do that each week (tuesday is now the day for that)

doing some maximiles vids today too - started on 2610 points and now on 2660 - should be able to claim another £10 sainsburys voucher shortly on that site :)

I have so many earning sites to check through i'm not sure where to check next lol! will go back over my list:

    Superpoints 2156 - target 3315 = $25 paypal - site down :(
    Swagbucks Me 7 - target 849 = £5 amazon
    Swagbucks T
    Palm Research - $3.15
    Survey Network
    Brand Institute
    Harris Poll - 1650 - target 2500 = £25 amazon
    Slicethepie
    Maximiles - 2660/3000 = £10 Sainsburys voucher
    One Poll Cashback
    One Poll - £17.25/£40
    Toluna
    Zoombucks
    Crowdology £3.60
    spud shillings
vivatic - balance has been cleared :( not sure if i will start using it again yet

My zopa total is now £673.13 - up by £2.33 :) and edging ever closer to my target of £1000 without adding anything to it for a while!

Gosh i'm so all over the place atm i hardly know where i am :( BUT i am pleased with my progress - posting here and joining my challenges again has def helped get me back on track. :)

So today is a big day - i have a meeting with house owners at 3 to well see if they like me i guess :rotfl: dear knows what i will say to them but fingers crossed it goes well :D I have martin chanting in my ear again about negotiating re the rent - i know i am in a strong position and i probably will - not sure if i can do it face to face tho :o will have to play it by ear.

I am still rather undecided about the house - i really like it BUT i am wondering if i would be better looking at another place which has more storage options - its heart and head stuff fighting :rotfl:

Head stuff is involved in both options mind you - i have several ideas as to how i can use the new house to progress my business ideas - one involves craft stuff and that would be the house i am meeting about today, and one involves market/car boot stuff which would be the more storage option. Problem is i think both the ideas are viable ones :rotfl::rotfl: think i need to do a pros and cons list ;)

I am also trying to decide about a car - i need to get one sorted out for moving and my own is too expensive to get fixed in time for that. I still haven't decided if i actually will fix it yet or not - i love the car BUT it is expensive to run. I'm thinking get a little run about for now for about £500 - i have one to go see this morning. My own will cost about £400 to put new tyres on and take to MOT centre knowing it will fail but to get the list of things that i have to fix to get it through - so do i postpone the fixing mine by getting a run around? or do i spend a bit more to get a car to last a while and take the place of my own??? I don't have any money to spend on a car atm, but my mum has said she will lend me some........aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh i don't want to decide anything :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: but i need to :o:o think its going to take another pros and cons list :rotfl::rotfl:

what else is going on atm??? hmmmm STILL waiting on a decision from DLA :eek: also waiting on a figure from insurance i can cash in, and waiting on hearing from HB too :( everyday i check the post with anticipation and fear :o AND any of these things will also impact on the house and car scenario ........even more aaaaahhhhhhh :rotfl::rotfl:

Also now have MORE flipping health problems :( have blood showing in urine which seems to have no obvious cause- here i go again :( mood is low which means my head not working properly and i have HUGE decisions to make :( i do think i will feel better when i have decided some things though.......round and round and round my head goes :o Eneey meeny miney mooooo is looking good right now :rotfl::rotfl:

Right i'm away to try and de-pickle my head :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Well the meeting yesterday seemed to go well but they were giving nothing away :( they want to talk to the agent before deciding so i am still in limbo :(

I decided to email the agent about the rent at about 5am this morning as well so hopefully i get a final answer about everything very soon - thought this was better than getting a yes i can move in then i start to negotiate - am now just having to wait and see with my fingers and toes crossed!

I haven't even contacted anyone about the other house yet but at least i have a back up should this one go pear shaped. I will be gutted though if it doesn't work out!

Car stuff - i have decided to go with a cheap temp option atm basically just because i just don't have the cash to do anything else - i still haven't got any of the post i am waiting on :( and i really need to get a car sorted asap for all sorts of reasons. Might not be the most sensible but its a decision and that peace in my head is worth a lot more than the cost of a cheap car :D

Not sure now what else i can do - back to the waiting game. I need to get my head back into money making mode as that side of things has ground to a halt :o I am in considerable pain today tho so i might just take the day off ;)

No news yet :( am hoping thats a good thing as they didn't come back with an immediate no re the rent negotiations ...... ok, ok i am just trying to make the waiting a bit more bearable :rotfl:

I have had a day in bed today but despite this i have been doing a bit of MSEing ;)

I actually managed to meet the daily bonus target on swaggers for the first time in months :D
I boosted my maxi balance a little bit
I did a couple of surveys on one poll
I have been looking at grant options for moving and think i may be able to apply for a CCG
I finally got something listed on ebay/fb selling page
I sorted out a craft sale which has needed doing for a while
I counted up some coins in my savings jars - just need 40p in 5ps to bank that (so am on the hunt for 5ps now :rotfl:)

I have also been trying to think about a daily money making routine. So far its looking like this:

Swaggers - boost total by at least 25 points a day - would earn me £5+ per month
    • daily poll = 1
    • NOSO = 2
    • Games = 10
    • sbtv x 4 rounds = 12

List at least 1 item a day on ebay and fb selling page - should increase sales without bringing on my ebay aversion

put some odd coins into savings jars

play a game of free bingo

consider if there is any 1 way i can boost my finances today, for example:
    • using coupons
    • claiming something
    • not spending on unecessaries
    • checking food dates in fridge to avoid waste
    • making something to sell

Dear knows if i will be able to stick to it, but having it written might just help ;) Hopefully i will be able to add to it as i go, but i don't want to have it take the whole day either :P
