My goodness its been such a long time since i did any sort of update here i thought it was time to have a read back and see where things are now!

Its been a bit of a whirlwind really - I moved into my new house (which i love every day :)) however that meant i had no internet access for what seems like forever :( It does seem to be sorted now thankfully so am just trying to get back into my online earnings again!

This morning i managed to add 95 to swaggers site :D its been a long time since i managed anything like that amount!

Have forgotten all the sites i used before so am glad to have my wee list here to go back over and update:

    Swagbucks Me 385 - target 849 = £5 amazon
    Swagbucks T - 310 - target 849 = £5 amazon
    Palm Research - $3.15
    Survey Network - ?
    Brand Institute - ?
    Harris Poll - ? - target 2500 = £25 amazon
    Slicethepie - ?
    Maximiles - 0/3000 = £10 Sainsburys voucher
    One Poll Cashback - £0.42
    One Poll - £17.45/£40
    Toluna - 9329/80000 = £15 amazon voucher
    Zoombucks
    Crowdology £3.60
spud shillings - now finished and waiting for some vouchers to arrive
    vivatic - ?
    uniquerewards - $13.38/$20 - paypal
    surveyhead - £3.64/£14.31 - Amazon
    getjam - 90

I have claimed £10 from maxi and £15 from spud shillings that i'm waiting on now. Think i will try and check the rest over the next few days!

    Other updates:

STILL waiting on decision from DLA
Applied for a grant to help with moving costs and got turned down :( but have appealed that so waiting to hear from that too.
Also waiting to hear about HB for my new rent which is a bit scary :( I feel like i can't do a clear calculation for my outgoings until i know this so waiting with bated breath on that letter!

Have decided to fix my own car after taking it through MOT and just a few things to get fixed - waiting on replacement parts to arrive now and i should be back on the road soon :) This will make a big difference as i can start car booting again!

Just read over my daily earning plan and going to try and start this again now as well! :D and maybe add to it as well!

Hopefully that little lot will get me back on track yet again :)

Just adding a few things to my routine ;)

Swaggers - boost total by at least 25 points a day - would earn me £5+ per month
    daily poll = 1
    NOSO = 2
    Games = 10
    sbtv x 4 rounds = 12

Check Unique Rewards for earning clicks etc

    Do 1 survey

List at least 1 item a day on ebay and fb selling page - should increase sales without bringing on my ebay aversion

put some odd coins into savings jars

play a game of free bingo

consider if there is any 1 way i can boost my finances today, for example:
    using coupons
    claiming something
    not spending on unecessaries
checking food dates in fridge to avoid waste
    making something to sell

I have just had a wee look back at my debt amounts - so far i have tracked back to 1st Jan 2012 when i had £21,965.54 of debt. With my current debt at £18867.81 that means i have paid off £3097.73 so far this year :D. I am pleased with that i have to say :j

I'm wondering if i will make it to the £17,000 and something mark by the 1st Jan 2013........might be a bit ambitious but a good target to aim for nonetheless :)

Now what else can i sell? :D

I have just been doing some debt record updating and am pleased to say i have made it to my £17,000 target - it is now £16992.50 :D

Ok its STILL a very scary amount, however i have now paid a whopping £4973.04 since 1st Jan 2012 and that is definitely something to celebrate in my book :D

I wonder if i work really hard at it if i can get my debt balance down to the £10,000 mark this time next year ;) :rotfl:

    I am officially in shock!!!!

I have just managed to reduce my debt by £5730.91 with one phone call!!!!!!!!

I simply rang one of my credit card companies with an offer as a final settlement figure and they accepted it without any hesitation! I thought i was being really cheeky and expected a lot of oh there is no way we can accept that amount etc etc but no - 10 mins and it was done - i just need to wait for the paperwork to come through now and get it paid before they change their minds :rotfl::rotfl:

    Unbelievable!!!!!!

Not resting on my laurels after yesterdays success and decided to do some switching - I will be saving £91 this year for swapping my electric provider ;)

I also just claimed my 2nd £5 of the year from swagbucks - i will have to decide what to save for this time or i will just fritter that away on silly things! :o

Today I have made a start on decluttering - I have boxes and boxes of stuff to get rid of :o:o:o however i don't really believe in throwing things out so its not just as easy as deciding what i don't want anymore and chucking it out!!

My plan is to try and sell it and use the cash to help pay off the debts! I do struggle a lot with ebay for various reasons - mainly the ridiculous rules and the cost, but it always seems to be a necessary evil in my life. Now is no exception and so i have listed some bits and bobs on there - i have a 100 item limit so the plan is to try and use that as much as i can while taking advantage of the free listings etc.

It will be interesting to keep track of how many things i can get rid of and how much i make from that as well so going to add it to my siggy!

hmmmm time to sit and have a talk to myself again :) I have been massively busy focusing on getting my debts paid off and generally getting into some sort of financial order. Thats what happens when i have my independence :)

Soooooo after my initial success with the full and final settlement option i have basically worked my way through the majority of them now and am delighted to say i now only have 2 debts left :D Today i cleared the last 2 CC accounts - i think i need a minute to take that information in......i now have NO credit card debts :D wow!!!!

The last 2 debts i have to work on now are barclays current account (left over from student account overdraft) and the denplan loan i got to get my implants. I must check the amounts and add them here for my record. At a guess i would say the amount is around £3,000.

I have already contacted both of these to ask about full and final options and barclays said they were open to it, while denplan peeps said no - i find that odd considering they are financed via barclays........

My next move is to contact them again with some figures i guess. No point in putting it off too much because the sooner i get them sorted the sooner my 6 year period of the record on my credit file starts.

Once the debts are completely gone the plan is:

to keep myself up to date with all payments
to work on building up an emergency fund of £5,000
to start making overpayments on my mortgage

I guess i move from a debt free wannabee to a mortgage free wannabe :D onwards and upwards :D

Wow bit of a bad day today for me, head is all over the place and i'm wondering what to do about it. Not sure if i'm just having a bad day or if my MH is actually on a downward slide. Going to have to keep a close eye on it. Such a change in mood since yesterday when i just felt so good about the debts being almost sorted etc.

Despite the low mood i have managed to get some sorting out done in the house - just a small amount really but it will help me to get back on track when i have the boxes of stuff sorted, whats for selling, what i can just clear out etc. Slowly i will get there :)
