Thanks all. What would be most useful in terms of contributing some of what I've learned to the board ?
I'm not sure how much I can copy letters and data up here, but if it helps...
Particulars of Claim

Name of Judge (if known)
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Well done to all! :T
If it were me I'd get a transcript of what the judge said and send it off to DVLA, ICO and my MP as evidence that PPC's levy unenforceable charges and hence have no "reasonable cause" to access DVLA records.Je suis Charlie.0 -
