Pancakes.. sigh.. another on the carby list. That is a good deal ruftdoofyM and must scrutinise my receipts more carefully as I don't recall seeing an offer code on one before:o

Tis on the back. I always check since the meat offer a couple of weeks ago came to me this way. Maybe give them a call. We've been really impressed with them so far and the offers and extra freebies every few orders really help.

Cos we're wimpy Southerners probably... Were I posting on my laptop I could pull some other veg box schemes in Scotland from my bookmarks but as the battery died I'm using OH's spare laptop so I can't.

However, Scotland has amazing food and off the top of my head..

Hi Everyone! maybe some of you will have more knowledge about palm oil.Is it bad or what? I'm quite confused.
    http://www.saynotopalmoil.com/palm-oil.php
I understand that sustainable Palm oil is better then other type of palm oil.But how about health,is it safe to use???
I noticed that in Sainsburys organic digestive biscuits there is used sustainable palm oil,the same story is with Abel and Cole organic bread.
why palm oil is used in organic products???

I personally cannot wait for pancake day!! and my favourite topping is Jam!! found this brill brand in Morrisons the other day and to top it off it has reduced sugar and only uses homegrown brittish apples check it out if your wanting a tastier healthier option rather than just lemon and sugar! It's called 'Clippy's'!!! happy Pancake making!!

Have just taken delivery from Riverford, my first in a long while but I couldn't refuse the offer of a free fruit box. Fruit box has a large pineapple, oranges, apples, pears and then grapes instead of bananas as was advertised. Also ordered a Hobbs House loaf (love their bread), mushrooms, salad leaves, milk and yoghourt. All looks OK but will try to report on taste/quality as we use things

    Thanks for this :j

I've added it to an order for this week. Haven't had an A & C order for a while but have finally succumbed to the free box offer....
