Cinnamon is gorgeous.. in India it's used in some curries, itn the USA in apple pie and cinnamon rolls - suggest having a Google. Also if you heat milk, pour in a mug and add a tsp or less of cinnamon and stir well it's a delicious relaxing drink before bed.
I just popped in to squee " ooh look what I found" as Waitrose is doing a gardening website in conjunction with Crocus and selling Duchy organic seeds..

Those peppers sound amazing!
We've tried the yeo valley frozen honey yoghurt, very nice and actually tastes like honey and not fake sweetness. The Green and Blacks vanilla caramel nut ice cream was gorgeous. I also tried Amy's Kitchen organic tomato soup, lentil soup, and lentil and vegetable. Al very nice, but expensive for a tin. Waitrose oragnic maple syrup was lovely, but I haven't had it for so long I've nothing to compare it to0 -
Hello all!
Has anyone any suggestions for decent meat? I can't afford to feed my meat eaters organic all of the time - free range is my ideal but finances just don't allow it sadly.
I'm not happy with current suppliers and I really would like to know any top tips for good quality, British meat.
P.s. (no local butcher or ocado)

Have you tried Aldi? They have free range chickens by weight, usually £5-6.0 -
Looking at ocado veg box, i assume you have to buy extras too? There doesn't seem a way to check out without spending £40?
My last box was free delivery so ocado might not be worth it if thats the case.0 -
