bornintoit I did some Googling and it seems that if you choose a verry early morning or verry late night slot with Ocado you can get free delivery.

In the past there have been deals on UK Hot Deals for example to get a free delivery pass for 6 months.

You should be able to get money off and free delivery on first order in any case whether you find a deal elsewhere or via https://www.ocado.com

France, Spain, Italy, Sweden..and now, Greece.

https://www.odysea.com has an online shop which includes organic products.

Odysea Perasti sauce 330g Chilli/Basil/Celery/Tomato/Carrot and Celery all 2.99
Odysea organic PDO Mylopotamus Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml 6.99
since supermarket non PDO organic can be more than £4 for 500ml that's actually not bad at all for the real good stuff.
    Rovies organic Kalamata/green olives 230g 2.99
    Rovies organic Kalamata/green olive paste 100g 1.99

Micarmo https://www.micarmo.co.uk imports Portuguese food of the gourmet variety. It is available online or from a shop in Hove called Eklectica at 28 Great Western Road.

Traditional organic Portuguese jams are 4.99 each and come in thirteen flavours including carrot, mulberry, peach and pumpkin. There are four organic infused vinegars as well, though eye watering at £10 each.

Edwardia, thank you for replying. I have been on the website and I noticed they also have something called a saving pass. Do you have this and if you do is it worth it?

  • If you're quick, Amazon have Clipper organic English breakfast tea in their Black Friday deals this morning. £7.99 for 6 boxes of 40. Don't drink tea, so can't comment on the quality but it's a little over £12 on other sites, so a bit of a saving if you like it.

bornintoit the Total Savings Pass costs 8.99 a year and saves 10% on a variety of products, mostly brands. I'd suggest looking through that section and working out whether you would buy any of the products regularly. For me it saves money over a year because during the summer I drink a lot of Evian. It also gives me 10% off the organic veg boxes.

LondonDreamer thanks for that ! I haven't tried the breakfast tea myself but the Earl Grey tastes good. I will have a look.

Have checked the exclusions and unfortunately the 20% off Selfridges code DOESN'T cover food. The good news though is that if you find organic wine you can get 10% off with the appropriate code.

Thanks to berbastrike and LondonDreamer for mentioning Amazon for organic food. It certainly looks like there are big savings to have on subscribe and save v supermarket.

My New Year's resolution for 2012 was to eat more fish. I'm thinking that leading contender for my 2013 resolution is to try online shops other than Ocado and Abel & Cole for a bit of variety and hopefully to save money too.

About five organic products according to the search engine and none on offer. The nearest to organic I could find was the New Covent Garden Soup Company 600g soups - Soup of the Month, Seasonal Vegetable, Wild Mushroom and Tomato and Basil all 2 for £3 (normally 2.20 each)

There's an organic recipe which looks yummy - organic creamy Lancashire and thyme tarts.

    Costcutter https://www.costcutter.co.uk

No organic offers but Heinz soups 400g varieties as stocked any 3 for £2.
If you go back to the previous page you'll find Poundland offering 300g tins for 2 for £1 - the tin size doesn't change, just the amount of soup IN them.
