Yes KW, it is good news. Also won a pizza voucher and some make-up in a competition so that's something to look forward to (a little treat). Thanks Maddiemay. Took OH to work and treated myself (using the last of my birthday money to a top, £10) on the way home. also got a few bits as a top up shop (bread, milk). Sometimes we don't use a lot and other times we use lots. There's no pattern to it at all!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Hello All, bank checked and 32p paid to cc. Might not seem like a lot but I took something faulty back to Mr A last night. I got not only my money back but double what I'd paid for it. So hence my small payment to my cc. I did a little of my extra job last night so that another £7 so far. Got an interview later today so fingers crossed. Washing all done and on the line (heavy items, jeans etc).CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Well had my interview (a call) and OH walked in in the middle of it! Now I told him I had it today but he doesn't remember. Very embarrassing! He's now away back to bed.
Applied for a few more jobs and got some paperwork to do. Dinner to make (cannelloni) and washing to put away (nice drying things outside again).CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. OH has interview tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Going to do a bit more of my other job tomorrow (or see if there's any work going more like).
The weeds in the garden have sprouted quickly in the few nice days we've had. Poured some boiling water on them but think they might need something a bit stronger. Must start getting the garden tidied up. Noticed my clothes line is cracked (string underneath is ok), but I guess that's the price I pay for leaving it up all winter.
On to do list for tomorrow:
Dust and Hoover
2nd job
Apply for more jobs
Take OH to his interview (he's on night shift and they put his interview in the middle of the day)
Surveys

So tired this morning, didn't sleep well at all. Ironing is all done :j. Not done much else yet though. I might go make some breakfast as only had a slice of toast so far.
How is everyone?

Just had a call about the job interview yesterday, although they want me the job has lots of travel (not feasible for me and it wasn't mentioned in the advert) so they are looking to see if they have enough work in Scotland to make sure I'm busy. Still no word about the temp job. Why is it so difficult to get a job? :-(CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera.
