Put it this way I stayed in bed till 9, then managed to clean the whole kitchen (including the oven), hoover the whole house, the windows using the steamer, make my breakfast and lunch, make OH's packed lunch for tomorrow, dinner made and all the dishes done and a top up shop done (a few bits) and all done by 2pm! Totally bored! Its not even nice enough that I can tackle the garden, too wet and cold.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Apparently the temp company are going back through yet more red tape. The hiring manager has to justify the roles to finance after finance agreed it and it had gone to HR. I feel like hitting my head off a brick wall, I just want to get back to work. I'm still wondering whether I've done the right thing turning that other job down (the one with the massive commute). So waiting to hear back from the agency whilst the hiring manager justifies the job to finance again.
I've cleared out 2 drawers of clothes. I have about 1/4 of a bin bag to go to the clothes recycling place (every penny helps) and a carrier bagful to go to a friend who since her OH left has found it difficult to rub 2 pennies together and any extra money she has goes on buying her daughter stuff (her OH only now and again will buy his daughter a gift rather than clothes or maintenance). And I one top I want to put onto ebay. So only 2 more drawers to do and my wardrobe. The wardrobe I am dreading as there is stuff piled high at the bottom.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Ah sorry to hear that. Was really hoping it was good news, not more red tape
Fingers crossed for positive news very very soon.

I emailed the agent today and still there's no news. :-(. I have tickets for a show this weekend, OH is supposed to be going along with a few members of my family. OH has gone on non-stop about how my family don't like him (to the point I burst into tears earlier) don't know how many times I have to say to him that just because they have issues in their lives doesn't mean everything revolves around him. He's just not getting it. They do like him but because they live their lives differently to what he thinks they should he thinks they don't like him.
I got a really nice email from a lady that bought one of my items, saying thank you and she's so chuffed with it. That cheered me up a bit.
On the job front I have another interview next week, goodness knows when I'll hear about the temp job. Its driving me nuts. Diet has gone out the window as I've just had a small box of chocolates to myself.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. A few more bits added to my 2014 total. Unfortunately until I get work it'll need to go on normal bills rather than debt :-(CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Stuff the diet!! I had a wee tub of fudge from Tescos to myself there (reduced obviously!) Think it's meant to be used as topping for cakes or buns or something, but I just ate like it was a bag of crisps! Sugar rush! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah :rotfl:Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
HAW, sometimes a sugar rush is definitely needed!
The show? Complete disaster, OH refused to go and caused a huge scene. Someone drove into my car. OH accused me of turning down the job I didn't want to get out of having a baby! So another row. Tryed putting it to him that the job would have been awful and I would have been completely miserable, and why had I to take a job I didn't like if he didn't? So it's not been the best few days. Waiting to hear about temp job and another perm job but seen the one I turned down advertised again. Should I brass it and phone them or would that make me look silly?
On the agenda tomorrow, PPI paperwork, tidy the garden and some eBay stuff and apply for some more jobs.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Your man comes with FAR more baggage than he should. To be quite frank I can see where his daughter gets it from. Having a tantrum at his age for heavens sake. Sounds like he is 5 instead of his real age. And why twist having a child with a job for heavens sake. Surely if you had taken the job then you would have had to put off having a child anyway as you would get no mat pay for a year after joining....
All I can say is that he must be a VERY special person, fabulously handsome and amazing in bed. Because I would have kicked him (and the rest of his obnoxious family) to the kerb during part 1 of your diary.....
As to being in the same game. Sadly not. I could get a job over here then. I did logistics work for a well known uk company and also data control work. But not getting a look in over here. Sigh
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

I don't think he's dealt with my m/c Chev. His sister showed no support at all (his parents are no longer with us) and only spoke to her once during it and that was when OH called her. The job I turned down would have been hours worth of travelling a day and lots of travel with the job which I didn't want to do (did that for around 10 years and it was hell). He's said he's sorry, and it seems SD is causing trouble again but this time with SS (neither had wanted to worry me). She's borrowing money left, right and centre and then trying not to pay it back. Told him to stop worrying about her as she's not worried about him for years and to tell SS to stop lending her money. Told him that having a go at me isn't going to solve anything except make me ill. He's agreed and said sorry. Also told him that SD needs left to it, she's revelling in the fact she can stir things up again.
Today? A few calls to make about jobs, heard the next update about the temp job should be tomorrow. Washing is done and on the washing line. Tidy the house and sort the ironing.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Had a call, I have another interview tomorrow! This is for a permanent job.
