Morning All, I've been bargain hunting this morning (before work). I got 4 tubes of my favourite toothpaste in Mr A at half price. Then 5 small boxes of Thorntons Premium chocolates for £2 each, these I'll put away for Christmas. And a trug (silver) for £2 its huge and if I don't use it (to help tidy up my craft room/box room and the spare bedroom) then I can use it for hampers. .......which reminds me I need to order some more cellophane as I'm almost out.

OH paid me back £200 this morning (I paid some of his bills whilst he wasn't working). So I've paid £100 to Beast (I need to amend the total) and put the other £100 aside in savings. If I get to the end of the month and I don't need that £100 then I'll put that to Beast as well.

How is everyone today? Its warm here but started raining a little while ago. Still in sandals though, too warm for proper shoes!

Hello All, well I'm home with my feet up. OH went upstairs for a sleep and SS is in the kitchen, making himself something to eat. Now normally that wouldn't be a problem but let me rewind the events of last night and today...........

    .........Uni travels back in time........:p......

Friday 5:30pm: Well, work finished and I've stopped off at the local shops to get some sausages for tea for the three of us. Also picking up a bottle of wine (cheeky I know!!) :o
OH texts me to say he's on his way home from work (SS has picked him up) and SS is going out. Now I'm glad he said as although I've bought enough for the three of us I've not started cooking yet.
Dinner is sausages, bacon, egg, black pudding and potato scone. Yum!

    Saturday:

5:35am: Yep, I can't believe I'm awake. Been up so early each day this week this feels like a lie in.

7:30am: Finally got back to sleep and woken by OH's phone going. SS asking what time we'll be through to pick him up! Turns out he's at a friends which is 10 mins away from the restaurant we're going to for lunch so not too bad. OH brings me a coffee in bed.

10:30am: We're out and about. OH is now a month into his electronic cigarettes and hasn't touched a real cigarette since. Very proud of him, he's using what he's saved this week to treat the 3 of us to lunch.

11:30am: We arrive to pick SS up and he says he'll drive himself there. Er what? Although not a big detour we've still detoured to pick him up. So we head off to the restaurant.

12:15ish: We arrive at the restaurant and order dim sum. OH insist I order multiples of things  (even though I tell him it will be way too much). SS says he's really hungry. Now this is the first time SS has had dim sum. SS has a glass of cola and glugs it down in one. OH says he'll order him another but thats the last. So it arrives and its loads, not just a little too much I mean mountains too much and whats worse? SS decides he's not hungry as he was drinking last night and doesn't fancy the 'strange' food .
OH and I end up eating way more than we should as we're embarassed there's so much food. OH now agrees he ordered way too much and is dreading the bill. SS spends the rest of the meal pushing some noodles around his plate and on his phone. OH is annoyed.
We eat as much as we can (and now feeling sick), we pay the bill (£72!). SS then says he's hungry and wants a burger. ....now if he didn't fancy it why agree to it?

3:00pm: we go to see wolverine. Not seen a worse film, it jumped about and there was so many holes in the plot.

So as you can see its not been the best day. Poor OH, he was trying with SS, who kept moaning about the 'strange' food.

How is everyone today? SS decided to moan about his dinner, OH made something else rather than what had been said earlier so SS moaned. Needless to say I thought OH was going to blow up, but he didn't he just said "I'll go get a suitcase down"..... quick as a flash SS apologised. He also went out earlier and then came back with 3 litres of milk as an apology!!??!! ....Yet we'd already done the shopping and I've already got 3 litres of milk!

Found a new craft place today, had to join (free) to get in but the prices were amazing and it was a complete treasure trove. I got lots of lovely stuff and managed to fill the boot of my poor little car for £20 :D. The stuff will get put to good use for hampers etc.

Morning All, very tired this morning. Need coffee. Tea just isn't doing it for me this morning.

Got some little mini crumpets yesterday reduced so had those with butter for breakfast. Packed lunch is an apple, cheese and some grapes. My mission for this week is:-

    - to sort out my signature on here
    - tidy up some of the house (OH is on lates from wed so as long as SS gives me peace I can get on with it)
    - log on to tarot (as not been on in ages and may as well make use of it)
    - clear out some clothes to put to recycling
    - update gift list (this is a spreadsheet I keep detailing what I buy/want to buy, who its for, what its for i.e. xmas/birthday and how much it cost). So far since the beginning of the year I've spent about £250 on gifts this includes 4 birthdays (inc OH's) and I've bought in some bits and pieces for christmas etc.

Well OH beat me to it, he's sorted out the mount everest of clothes on the spare bed into piles and chucked all of SS stuff he dumped in that room back into his room. I just need to go through the piles and sort through what still fits. If I do lose weight I can get new stuff or alter what I have.

Things are peaceful for the moment with SS, he seems to be waiting until OH and I go to bed before venturing downstairs. I have a mountain of clothes to go through, I put a skirt into the recycling bag last night and spied a top that has seen better days. But still 3 big piles to go through. The set of drawers in our room is full, yet its not as though by the end of the week any of the drawers are empty. Same with the wardrobe, I rarely seem to wear stuff out of it. Everything I wear seems to migrate from wearing, washing, dried, ironing and wearing again and until yesterday it was all sitting on the spare bed. I'll tackle the shelves in the spare room later this week. That was SD's room and there's still a lot of her stuff there. Its been years now and she's been offered the stuff many times but refused it, ..... although a lot of her old clothes disappeared so we're assuming that at some point SS let her into the house when we weren't there. This was proved to a certain extent when we saw a picture of her wearing one of my dresses so it looks like she helped herself. OH is going through paperwork that has been shoved down the side of the sofa (in folders) and working out what needs kept and what can go.
