Emzilla's 85 days to start afresh in 2013

Morning
I've decided to start a new diary to see me through the rest of the year. The main reason being that I want to clear all my arrears in terms of bills so I can start 2013 with an arrears-free budget and really start to clear my debts.
My arrears are as follows:
Council tax - £1,285.88
Electric - £394.44
Gas - £221.02
Water 1 - £107.92
[STRIKE]Water 2 - £77.20[/STRIKE] - Paid
Total - £2,086.46
I know that's a lot!! The companies have been very understanding in terms of my ill health and haven't been hassling me to pay back the arrears, but until they are gone I can't do a proper budget.
So, there are 85 days left in 2012 (even less to Christmas ), which means I need to pay back about £24.55 a day. The £77.20 water payment is due to be taken on Wednesday, so that covers a few days at least.

Morning Emz
Have subscribed of course.
Are you entitled to any help with council tax etc due to your health?Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
That's a shame. It may not be a route you want to go down, but would you be better off if you didn't work?
Noticed it's a smilar amount we are both trying to clear by the end of the year so hopefully we can spur each other on!

I probably would be better off, but one day I won't physically be able to work, so it's kind of a pride thing that I want to work whilst I still can
.
Yep, similar amounts. I'm sure we can both reach our targets :j

That's perfectly understandable and well done you really :T

Thanks Lou and GRC :A
Having a bad morning. I feel really rubbish (nothing to do with my illness and everything to do with being female) and I banged my front tooth on my laptop (don't ask!). It really hurt
.
Moan over.

I'm sorry, I do have to ask about the tooth?!
