DS1's godmother bought him some lovely cufflinks so it isn't really my idea. All the other stuff is crammed into a box in the wardrobe.

    Bathroom s & s done
    LR tidied

mrs-moneypenny - good weather vibes for Edale are on their way: hope your son has a great time.

Its something his school do called the heads challenge - its like duke of edinburgh for younger children, they spend a year doing various tasks for the school, community, fitness etc and at the end of the year they get certificates depending on how well they do.
it really motivates them as one of the challenges is to do with attendance and effort grades..
He hasnt had a day off in the 2 1/2 years hes been at the school, i have to book dentist appts so that he doesnt miss any registrations as he gets panicy if theres a chance he'll lose a mark:T Thats what the bit is on the end of my lists hes signed up to do a charity stall at the school christmas fayre so mum has been persuaded to make things for him to sell:rotfl:

hi all, i was wondering if you can help me. we're going to get our LO christened soon and i want to get him something that he can keep does anyone have any suggestions, his grandparents suggested a saint christopher but im unsure any ideas. i was going to get him a christian cross pendant. many thanks ..... as regards to flying im still catching up :( x
We gave Mr LW's pal's little boy a nice engraved tankard for his naming ceremony, like the ones we drink our Real Ale from.:o

Dogs have been fed, exercised and groomed, and are both sprawled out on the lounge carpet. I let them out into the garden first thing, and they both obligingly did what they were out there for, so their "deposits" were dispatched to the local poo-bin with Mr LW.;)

Sun is now out in Dusty world so the towels are on the line and WM back on.

Harvest Festival decluttered, my last one after not missing one in 13 years.

Lunch time next then HHC before more Governor paperwork - I have it coming out of my ears at present.

Been to toddler group, made lunch, fought DD into buggy for a nap (she's just about given them up but has been a grouch this morning and her eyes were all puffy) and just had a swift wardrobe clear to make space. I can see what I've got now. Irritatingly, not much goes together. I have leggings and jeggings but not many longer things to go over them :( I have been looking but can't find anything I like the look of...

DS is trying to squeeze his huge bin wagon through the level crossing of his small wooden railway, he's getting really cross with it :rotfl:

Done my kitchen dailies, swept floor after lunch <insert rolls eyes smiley> so other than e toy clutter, we are in pretty good shape. Wm and DW both on so they will need emptying soon...

    Hello all

errand this morning but put WM on for THIRD time before I went. That is now pegged out. Firmly. With LOTS of pegs.

Good luck whoever's child is coming to Edale - one of the mountain rescue team lives nearby - the landrover drove past our house one day and I hear

    M-u-u-u-u-m (and I KNEW what she'd seen)
are there any mountains round here?

bless (this was a few years back)

Been to asda - my 'coffee' thread has over 200 wows! but the other things now mentioned in that thread are still full price in my Asda. Still I got a pack of crisprolls (take to work for lunches) way cheaper than they are elsewhere. Basically you need an onboard computer so you can spot a bargain...*sigh*
Anway, having a coffee - ;) :coffee: :coffee: lots to go round;)

    plan now

    make beds
    crush candy
    tidy & clean DR
    clean LR
    clean ME
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY
