Please don't do that. It is much better for people to see this vile individual for what she is.

Take comfort from the fact she is in a minority of one!

For Christ sake I DO NOT WANT MONEY....are you THICK????......you certainly seem to have a chip on your shoulder about something, but DO NOT take it out on me!!

Don't do that skibadee - what you gain from the advice on here, plus what others might gain who are too frightened to post thnaks to unrestrained trolls like Denla, is not easily replaced. She has utterly no credibility left after her "christmas spree" and she had little enough to start off with. The truth appears to be that she is completely jealous of anyone who is working, and utterly fixated on the injustices of her unemployment and the hoops she has to go through to claim benefits. Although her behaviour here may go some way towards explaining her inability to get a job.

From what I can tell D. can't get a job other than a bit of work experience and has been posting as an "expert" in recruitment for law, accountancy, IT, sales, retail ....

Don't forget that she's also a legal expert. She's "confident" the employer will win. It's a confidence neither of the real lawyers on here share with her...

Finished fabricating stories yet? I'm employed and have no need to claim benefits. Verbally abusing me simply because you seem to have some emotional urge to side with cancer victims, and now making stories up about me.

For someone who claims to be a barrister you're acting like a teenager. Are you a teenager pretending to be a barrister? Your conduct here says so, simply because you disagree with me. I maybe questioning OP's intentions but I thus far have remained very civilised, unlike you.

Civilised behaviour does not include accusing somebody of being an ambulance chaser, or making a legal claim out of greed or spite. You appear to be unaware of the fact that everybody here thinks that your behaviour here and elsewhere is unacceptable. Perhaps you are indeed employed. In which case I can only hope that one day you learn the hard way what it is to be denied employment unfairly and everyone think that you are a greedy, grasping person for daring to assert your rights. But then, I assume you would never make such a claim, because you don't believe in people having rights.
  • Please do let us know how you get on Skibadee, and ignore this little troll who has obviously had a miserable Christmas. All she has done is posted inflammatory comments on others threads.

I have been following with interest and I am so glad you have filed. Legislation was made to protect people such as yourself and you have nothing to apologise for. Please don't feel like you have to justify yourself to the troll who clearly has their own issues.

    All the very best.

I would just like to wish you luck with your claim. They deserve all they get, they should not get away with how they treated you. I am also pleased you allowed the thread to stay open, I have been following it with interest.

Good for you Skibadee. Have you worked out how to put unwanted posters on "ignore"? That is your best bet.

I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.
