That is a fast response. Did you send copies of the letter and the e-mail from the manager that are referred to in your letter, as it seems they have not received those letters.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

I would strongly suggest you both edit the name of the employee and of the home out of your recent posts!0

Thanks but you need to do it manually on the quoted bit in your post. It won't happen automatically when Skib changes her's.0 -

You DO need to send them copies of the letters as these are part of the evidence that the manager discriminated against you. You can scan them on and e-mail them as attachments or photocopy them and send them by post (in which case you should e-mail HR to let them know you have done this).
It is important that you do not just assume that they should have copies of the letters. There is every possibility that the manager may have shredded them before leaving as she will have been aware that she should not have sent them. Even if they reply saying they have copies of the letters, you cannot be certain that they are llooking at the same letters that you received. They cannot investigate this matter properly unless you make it clear what your complaint is, so you need to take control of this.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Thanks zzzLazyDaisy.....I am going to gather all letters together and photocopy them and print all the emails off too.0

Hi quick update....first email recieved to day from HR....
We are in the process of referring your pre-employment health questionnaire to our Occupational Health Unit for consideration as to the suitability of the post you have applied for. We had given them your contact details and I’m sure they will contact you within the next few days to discuss your questionnaire responses.
I can not comment on how ****** ****** was going to undertake the OHU referral, however we are now undertaking this check in line with our recruitment policy as we would not expect any prospective applicant to tender their resignation without having confirmation that all the necessary checks have taken place and are in order.
As soon as we receive the completed report from our OHU department either ***** ******* or I will be in touch with you again.
