Letter clearly states "accept the refund already received".

Just suggests confusion to me. The Bank have refunded the redress direct to the card account leaving the account in credit. The only discrepancy I can see is that the correct refund should have been £1360.02 and the actual was £1116.28.
Obviously there is some information missing, but I'm assuming that the OP has already had a refund direct to him and that if the Bank now refund the disputed £243.74 he will actually owe that amount on his reactivated card.
The other option is to let sleeping dogs lie i.e. the Bank agrees to close the account and consider it paid off in full.
If the OP now thinks he is owed more redress then he is invited to provide evidence.

Yes you are right I already had the payment of £1116.28.

But from what I remember I was under the impression that it should have been some where in the £2000 mark for a full payout.

refer back to #26, but i may just be reading this wrong.

From what other said in the past there should have been interest included, but I have no idea as this is all new to me.

There is still nothing that shows how it was calculated or worked out.
