used to know a cook that always put butter on the skins before putting them in the oven, have you tried chives with the cheese mash ones wingo, it's delicious :ji've never mixed them with an egg ILC's only milk & butter/cheese/chives etc

I just like cheese and butter on mine! I'm fussy, I like the crispy skins too as I eat the skin! The rest of my family leave their skins.

Good Morning,

Great pics today - would make me feel all spring like if the snow wasn't still visible from where I am sitting.
Don't suppose there will be many WEMs about today and no post so expect that will be it for March. Start looking forward to April now!
Must get some ironing done as I had such a backlog of washing it has really mounted up. Seems funny hanging washing out when the grass is covered in snow - never done that before.
Thanks for hot cross bun FF, will have one for 3 O' Clock - haven't had one this year yet.
