Been to a funeral this afternoon, my best friend's mum died suddenly last week. So feel a bit out of sorts at moment, these things are never easy.

Was a nice meal afterwards, with it being so cold the place did jacket potatoes with chilli, curry, salad, garlic bread & potato salad followed by either trifle or gateau.

I have had a great day I went to a xmas party and had a lovely time I had lots to eat and it was packed with a lot of people I did a quiz and was surprised at how much I knew.I then did a picture quiz and got some of them as well.We had a band play some music and then when they left we did some carols and I sang two solos as I told them I could sing and I sang well,it was the first verses of Once In Royal Davids City and Silent Night we also had a card game and then a raffle of which I came away with some Scrumpy Cyder,its going to my parents as I cant have it as its alcoholic

just caught up with the advents I wanted to do.Well done on those who have also had wins today and glad Dexter is settling in nicely LM

Yes I am really pleased with the win FF - DD & I will make full use of it. DS3 keeps his hair so short he shouldn't use much either.:rotfl: Are you keeping your voucher for yourself or giving it as a Xmas prezzy? DH would have enjoyed your book win.
