You seem to have kept your wits about you by taking the photo, well done, perhaps he did plan to scam you and you have prevented him being able to do so

If you have any doubts about your ability to manoevre in tight spaces such as car parks, your previous instructors would be happy I'm sure to give you a one-off lesson, now you've passed, as much of the pre-test work concentrates on road skills for the test

But even experienced drivers bump other cars in tight spaces in car parks and you were moving reassuringly slowly enough to cause no damage, so no harm done

I don't think you will hear any more from this "police officer" who probably really wanted some cash on the spot

Ya i did take pictures of his car. I was about to leave the place but then i realized to take some pics of his car as well. Many thanks for taking your time to reply to my post.
