Just had a look on the Kenwood site but it doesn't look as though the flexibeater is available for the KMix machines. Might be worth a call to them to ask though as they don't actually show many attachments on their website.

Made another cake today, just to make sure the last one wasn't a fluke and yes looks like the min speed short mix all in one method is suited for my Kenny!

Does anyone have any recipes0 -
I purchased a 'repair kit' for my smoking mixer. Regrettably in my exuberance I remove all electronic components. Can anyone please advise me how I connect the triac, 2 resistors and 2 capacitors. Failing that I have purchased a replacement PCB , but no connections details. Help, please0

No idea. Can tell you how to make a sponge cake though which is what this thread is really about
Maybe try asking on the techie thread or a specific kenwood service forum?0 -
Can I join the club? Santa dropped off his gift early this year and it was a huge box with the Chef in it! Well, since our kenwood food processor bowl broke a week or two ago, and I wanted a chef for a few years...
I was allowed to "unwrap" it, so yesterday I made a half batch of basic artisan bread in 5 min (I know it doesn't need kneading, but it was so satisfying!), and chocolate fondants for desert as we had guests. My two little piglets/chefs/helpers were much impressed by the new toy too!
Unfortunately our kitchen is really tiny and the chef has to live in a storage room/pantry.... I got in the package the liquidiser, mincer and continuous juicer. Can't seem myself using the last one much, but as it was included in the package, I am not complaining.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
