Dough wasnt doubling in size think i had the wholemeal/whilte ratio a bit wrong
It's all trial and error tho Rossy, it took me a while to get my white bread just right.
I have made two loaves today along with a batch of double choc chip muffins. I love my Kenny!0 -

Wholemeal does take longer. I use 1/4 wholemeal which makes the texture just right.
It was like a brick Justamum, didnt 'feel' right, thanks for the advice :j The loaf i made last night was rather good, am pleased with it but as usual i forgot to write down the measurements i usedam such a dimwit sometimes! :rotfl:
