Oooo - I just made butter in my Kenwood!!! Lots of reduced double cream at the supermarket and found a thread on mse about how to do it. Very pleased with myself! Kenwood also did a couple of banana breads to this afternoon. Yum yum!Oct grocery budget £368.40 / 6000

Thanks so much for the recipe for bread, marmitepotato, I was watching this thread before Christmas wanting a Kenwood chef and guess what Santa left under the tree............a Kenwood chef KM400!!! I tried to make bread the other day and it just didn't work out right. Then I remembered the recipe on here. Well I made it this afternoon and we had soup and freshly baked rolls for tea. They were lovely.

Made my first loaf with fresh yeast today and i must say i am impressed! Shall be using again and at 50p for 4 blocks you cant go wrong!:j Started my weightloss journey, its neverending!! :j
