    Couldn't agree more! The sellers obviously DID price accordingly, and even knocked a little off too. Then you get the likes of Annabee and her type giving wrong and bad advice!:(

    The OP has now lost out on what could have been his dream home........:(

    I wouldn't quite go that far but it was a bit disappointing but you live and learn. :)

    I didn't mean to cause a riot also :rotfl:

    Found out that the Vendor got rather pally with the other people who have now purchased the property even though in the end our offer was slightly higher!

    It just goes to show how becoming friendly with the vendors can help, i'll be inviting the next out for dinner if we like it :rotfl:

    Likely that the survey valued it at less than the asking price and the vendors were forced to accept a lower price.
