Loss of Tdn catabolic genes by deletion from and curing of plasmid pTDN1 in Pseudomonas putida: rate and mode of loss are substrate and pH dependent.

I understand about one word in 2 of that. Words like "from" and "of".

I tried Google Translate, but there seems to be no option to translate from "Scientific" to English. :)

Yup it's the area of "blue-collar bugs" that clean our messes up after us. The aim is to identify good traits that can be removed and returned and more importantly inserted into new bugs.

OK, next plan for the write up.

    1) assume the data supports the thesis
    2) write the outline structure as headings moving down to lower and lower levels and even starting to write in sections and before you know it it is more than half done
    3) try and make the data sets vaguely fit and add a section on experimental error

    4) Jobs a good un.

DW is a terrible hoarder as she sees what each bit of tat cost and imagines herself to be throwing away the actual money. I am almost as bad, I see what each bit of tat could make on ebay given enough effort and imagine throwing away the money. Plus we both think things might be useful at some point so why throw out what you may have to buy later...even if in reality you end up buying anyway because you can't find what you are fairly sure you have somewhere...
    I think....

    I've been Money Tipped!
That's the thing Michaels...one can never find that thing one needs, and if you can what is available now for the same job is better, more efficient or whatever.

I have always taken pride in not using my full rubbish bin, thinking its something we are quite 'green' about, but since battling with the stuff it's been full every week. Honestly, some things I have agonised over throwing /donating whatever.....I have totally forgotten about.

My horrid ex took some of MY (not our) stuff and I have been really cross about it, and now....I just don't care. Almost wish he had taken more.

I had a short of his I hung on to because I liked it but I chucked that this morning as I realised over a decade later I still think of it as 'his' shirt. So it's gone.

Still regretting candy crush - now on level 223. :(

I'm on 209 on Bubble Safari, as it's so tempted to play whilst in meetings

I think the next best on a friends list of 2400-odd was level 150, so they have a lot of catching up to do . Average stars at 2.2, as well ;)

On another note, I don't want to go home tonight.

It probably needs the 'upgoer" site. It encourages you to summarise things like this.

Hope all NPs had managed to avoid depositing their savings in Cypriot banks.:o

I've had savings in a Cypriot bank, but in the UK.

They've been temporarily bunged to HSBC, and will probably go back next week, as IMO it's best to be safe than sorry (even though we've been promised nothing will be taken)
