Could he have been blinded just for a split moment by the early morning winter sun which at that time of morning is so powerful.
It was pretty misty this morning, so visibility may have been rather low. I don't recall any sun today. (I wish!)
Does anyone know whether his helicopter had any collision radar? Would it work in such a cluttered area?

Quite a few of my colleagues were nearby and delayed. There was some debate about whether it was officially foggy or notm the tops of the buildings were fairly shrouded in cloud. here was also discussion whether the building under construction and or the crane boom would have had any lights. Apparently the pilot was being diverted to Battersea Helipark rather than the scheduled landing site due to the poor visibility but should have been over the river.I think....0

I'm making the most of being just me at the moment. Once I'm a bit more settled (and hopefully a bit slimmer) I might try getting out and meeting more people. Internet dating will be after that.
Then I will get some cats instead
