I have loads of those.... I never make desserts though :)

Me neither, I know people who enjoy cooking more than me. I allow them the pleasure of cooking, and I do the eating. A perfect synergy... :)

I am Good thank you, coming to the end of 'phase one' with the building....a 'nice' builder from these parts has been doing the work :)

Good to hear you're well! How many phases are there(?) has the house its walls and ceilings or will it be an 'interesting' winter? :)

I like eating and looking at photos of nice food that, theoretically, I could make one day ....

I don't know anybody who can cook and never have done :(

For me, Xmas is about 24 cans of my favourite cola.

I do like a snowball, but used to get nagged by my parents to [a] buy myself some advocaat "you like that....", then nagged by them because I still hadn't got through the small bottle by autumn and they didn't like it cluttering up the "drinks cabinet".

I used to cave in and buy the bl00dy bottle just because it was easier to have it than to keep being told I like it ..... and then got a year's worth of nagging that I hadn't drunk it. Parents..... who'd have 'em!!

This winter should be good...we have insulation, an insulated 'wing' a kitchen that won't have wind whistling through it.

We might be putting a bathroom in in the new year too.

The next major phase is a big one, and tbh, not sure when we will afford it..... The 'restoration' of the missing 'wing':D:rotfl:.

Then there is the loft extention phase ( last of all) and then the 'sort out issues with central zone of house phase ' which we might do in drIns and drabs.

Why would you drink anything that wasn't your favourite cola?

Not related but do we know if everyone's kids are ok now?

(We are doing DS with a lot more coughing and wheezy breathing than I would like this evening)
