I think you reached the point where you might as well carry on as any damage appears to have been done.

No, I'm at the bottom of this hole, must stop digging!

Got a result! Trying and failing to find flights to get to Scotland to buy the car, nothing under £70 each. Got onto the coach companies- National Express was £44 for two for a 8.5 hour joounrny but megabus was £38.50 for two for 8 hours. So we'll take books and mags and veg out for the day like when I was a student. Trains useless for anyone on a budget unless you know when you're travelling about fifty years ahead or something.

Gawd ... some right proper good names are shuffling out now aren't they. I'm all of a spin of indecision :)

For the record, personally I'd failed at "A" and had moved onto B.

    How about ambulant.co.uk

Edit: Name is taken if your looking for .co.uk

I'd be going mental.... it'd be just me, probably sitting next to somebody annoying .... and if I tried to read, or look down, I'd be sick within the first minute.... and I couldn't have a cig.

    Disaster all round!

Back when I was a student newly arrived in london, my TV packed in after a year. Although black and white (remember them) portables were about £50 is was much cheaper for me to get the coach back up to Scotland and pick up my old decrepit portable and bring it down with the luggage for a round trip ticket of £13.50 student fare on Stagecoach.

Not a problem travelling on coach. Headphones, books, mags, snacks, I'm in pig heaven.

Oh god.... that sounds like exactly the sort of annoying type of person I'd probably end up being lumbered sitting next to for the whole journey - AND - I bet they'd have the window seat too.

    :)

Now you're just making up random strings of letters......

And somebody has registered that one, they're just not using it.

Astir means on the move, up and about.

No good if it's not available.

Assiduous means working, effort and persevering :)
