Thanks so much for your lovely words you made me feel really good and happy I know christmas is all about you and your family and what you make it but I still couldnt help feeling a bit.. well.. like a wally!! when people said oh isnt it a bit early its not christmas at all yet.

Too early to start enjoying the thoughts of Christmas, I don't think so. Let the mockers mock and the scoffers scoff, if it makes you happy then so be it.

I am very excited about xmas already and I just saw somebody the next road along putting up his xmas lights outside. Will have to go and see tonight if they are on !!

I used to love that evening drive before christmas to see the house lights, used to be a wonderul show at a Gloucester house, I think it was the Rotary club raising money for charity. Lovely to stand back and watch the children's faces!:snow_grin

I love christmas, always have. This year is going to be really special though as lo is just coming up to two years old so its his first real christmas.
Thanks for the idea of the cinema ticket by the way but I don't think there is a decent cinema anywhere near my niece and she lives a bit too far away for me to collect her and take her myself.
