Wondering whether Trading standards would be interested in a store that issues a coupon on behalf of and in accordinance with a manufacturers promotion that clearly states £2.99 and the barcode digits indicate 299 as well, then changes the value of said coupon as it doesn't suit them to honour it at £2.99.

Tesco are so stupid - wouldn't it have made more sense to just put the price back up?!!

That would have been good too seeing as they are £1.50 in A would have made a nice TPC opportunity......

    afternoon guys and gals :)

Mr Shoes question for anyone in the know....

I know you can only pay the full balance with points...but can i use a £5 wys £20 voucher first, then pay the balance with points?

I have a few of the £5 wys £20 to use, and was thinking of using them on the OOTW gifts, but using my points to pay the remainder of the balances....will cost me zilch and I will have completed my Xmas shopping :D
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Morning all just got up (no not lazy been on nights lol) and dd2 has just rung me in a panic one of grandsons close friends has been rushed by ambulance to hospital with suspected meningitis:eek::eek: DD2 wants to know whether to take grandson out of school as he is close friends with the little girl. This brings back so many bad memories, when DD2 was 14 she contracted Meningococal sceptacemiea it was a horrendous time, she was in intensive care for days and we thought we may lose her. Luckily she had no lasting effects but she is now panicking for her son, I can understand her anxiousness. Iv advised her to hang fire and wait for confirmation from the hospital (she is in contact with little girls mum) Praying she is ok.

I don't think I have ever read it is possible to do that and used to hang around the Boots threads quite a lot. Think it is always either points or coupons/cash. HTHs
