I know! How many of us have phoned her now do you think? And how many not even on this site? I bet the poor dear will be exhausted by the end of it. I've heard she's got a nice Dutch boy helping out today as well.

I can never find the small £1 one:(but I've still got a lot of car coupons left so using one of them with the mag coupon so the £2 bottle is free:TBut If you can't find the £1 bottles they have some other bottles which are £1.50 so you'd have to pay 50p for them:eek::eek::eek:;)

Well done to your daughter. Mine is now in her final year.
What field does your dd want to work in?
Mine has deviated a bit from pure Social Work and is doing a Health and Social Studies degree as she wants to work with people with substances abuse and needs the health qualification in addition to the Social Work.
She then wants to start applying to Prisons, probation service and police etc.
She works part time in an old folks home, and although its good work experience as far as her degree is concerned, she realises she wouldn't want to work with the elderly on a permanent basis.
She's done several placements working with drug addicts and offenders and this is what she finds the most interesting.......and I suspect she doesn't want the responsibility where children are involved.
It's a worrying time though with all the cutbacks at the moment.

hope your DD finds something soon and all her hard work pays off.:)

Thanks purdy, she is interested in Mental Health and getting some free extra training through this last placement. She works weekends as a Personal assistant to two disabled people who live in the community. Giving her good experience but as she said not what her degree is for. But I think it is giving her very valuable life experiences to be a better Social Worker. :)

:)Good luck to your DD in her final year. It is a worrying time though life after graduation with all the cutbacks. Although from OHs line of charity work I would say things are on the up as he had no pay rise for 3 years in fact a drop for 2 of them but all back to normal and contracts are finally coming in. :)
