just of the phone tesco ,told them about staff keeping my kleenex receipt. 15 pound gift voucher on the way so thank you to everyone who told me to phone up very happy x

RESULT!

I emailed KC yesterday instead of ringing. I tried a couple of times and it was busy....wonder why?:rotfl:

Anyway I've just had an email back informing me that they will be sending 10 complimentary vouchers and there was no mention of sending the vouchers back.

I also had a call back from Tosco from the email I sent to them complaining about it and they are sending a £20 gift card as apparently they are refunding £2 for each voucher.

So £20 from T's, 10 vouchers from KC and I still have the 10 till spits:T

Hi all just a quick question when you are speaking to KC re andrex till spits what are you telling them? I have three or four till spits but no toscos in my area stock the shine products, is that why KC are sending out other vouchers in exchange? Thanks gang

I have found socks twice, but none the last time I was in. Someone mentioned earlier about white socks...haven't looked for them yet. No glasses for me either but I did get some swimming cosies for my DD

last time I was in I did a mega coupon shop, I had 22 in total I think. The SA was funny, she let out a big humphhh sound with every coupon she scanned, I thought she was going to need oxygen by time she was done. I might go to her again next time for sheer entertainment value:rotfl::rotfl:

Just had an Asda shop delivered, paid for mainly with APG, from before cap. Ordered 6 Chrome when it was showing £1.24 last week and had substitutions accepted, but no Chrome and no substitutions. Has anyone had other beer sent instead for £1.24?? TIA
Also spoke to Kleenex lady and envelope on it's way for my 5 vouchers, keeping some for extra points, thanks jerry.
