Hi, just back from T. A lady at CS was complaining about being overcharged for a meal deal. The offending items seemed to be Finest Chicken Kievs or Finest Chicken with herbs. One of them is part of the offer and one not, so worth a check.
The other items she was buying were, Navarra Rose, Petit pois and Belgian choc pudding. HTH

Also Kleenex Facial wipes going through ok but at £1.49 with new £2.99 vouchers... go figure!

    Hi Bob,

Could not see any 4p bits over your way last night, you will have to come over this way for them. ;)

This one looks like Chicken Kievs so maybe actual Kievs have been put with the meal deals in some stores. ;)

Hi all just a quick question when you are speaking to KC re andrex till spits what are you telling them? I have three or four till spits but no toscos in my area stock the shine products, is that why KC are sending out other vouchers in exchange? Thanks gang

When I phoned I just told them that none of my T's had them in stock and they said they knew their was a problem so they would send me an envelope and send replacement vouchers for £3.Don't worry the lady is really nice and they know they have a problem so you won't get the spanish inquisition when you phone;)

Good afternoon everybody....back from a two week jaunt in Gran Canaria, so hot out there and so brrr here!! Spent the last three days washing and ironing (my worse nightmare). Anyhow, new thread, a lot quieter I have to say!!! Hope everybody is ok, I know a few of you had the dreaded lurgy before I went and hope you are feeling better. I will catch up and find out how everyone is doing as soon as I can but it is nice to see just general chit chat now :). These offers are nice, dont get me wrong, but its also nice to get support or a laugh when you need it, not to mention the lovely piccies that are often posted!!

You need to complain. I'm serious. You have a voucher for #1.99 and they are taking off 1.49 off your bill! Doubt they will be claiming just the 1.49 from poor old KC. Its THEIR fault that their product is scanning at 1.49... They should have put it up to 2.99 as another poster said earlier.

I'd go to CS desk.. failing that.. 0800 505 555 call them. Try to slip in the odd cheeky word like.. its a bit naughty of them to do this.. etc. etc.

If you cut out of a magazine, a voucher of say... 50 p off for a product... .. and they only took off, say 25 pence because thats all they felt like taking off that day.... when you purchased that product.. wouldn't you wonder why? Its not right. Come back and let us know how you got on.

Yesterday, someone in front of me at the checkout  was overcharged on T Finest Garnacha and T Finest Tempranillo @ 7.9 9 each or 2 for £12. Discount didn't come off. After checking SA adjusted the price. Chap was a bit cocky with his 'have to watch them' comment. As he was leaving (out of earshot of SA) I couldn't resist saying 'Yes I know (Sybil Fawlty style) but in future just pay it and then go to CS'. Why, he asked. Because you will get dtd as they have overcharged you by 3.98 so your wine would have cost you 8.02 instead of £12. His face was a picture and said it all. He asked if dtd was on everything in store as he was always having to tell them that he'd been overcharged!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
