    Morning everyone

Hugs to those that need/want them that are having a hard/sad time at the moment x

Light cloud, and dry here this morning. DH up and off to work stupid early. Washing on the line.

Dinner last night was pie, chips and beans for the menfolk, and fish, jacket potato and veg for me. Have to think about tonight, although I do have some bacon that needs using up and lots of veg, mushrooms, peppers, onions, broccolli etc so could make a pasta bake type dish, also have some part baked rolls that I could cook to accompany.

DH not in my good books at the moment we have a mahoosive row last night, and he just completely goes over the top screaming and shouting at me, all because I told him that he had said something he then denied and I'd sat 5ft away from him when he'd said it! All seems trivial but he has a really nasty temper and can be quite vicious, which unfortunately I've been on the wrong end of in the past. He had been a lot better but now just getting to the point where I feel "whats the point?". Sorry to be so negative but just feel this way at the moment.

Work wasn't the usual manic Monday but was steadily busy and really busy late morning and all afternoon, but we got there in the end. We'll see what today brings!

Have a good day, stay safe and well x

Morning all - fairly clear bright sky here. First day back at work in 8 weeks for me; only doing 10.30 - 3.00. I don't even want to think about my inbox; I suspect a large part of the short day will be spent on an occupational health desk assessment and meeting with HR who've been wonderful. The boss may have sorted out some work I can do from home as well. Can't wait to see all my lovely colleagues again :) It's going to be weird wearing a bra again.

I finally kicked the tail of the infection in my incision and managed to pull out some undissolved surgical thread which I think may have caused it. Seeing the neurosurgeon again tonight just for a check but it seems to have closed up nicely.

DH says all staff at his school have received an email telling them to gather with various year groups around the school this morning; the only thing he can think of is that someone has unexpectedly died :( ETA: Part of the ceiling has apparently fallen in and a large part of the building can't be used. Kids are likely to be sent home, and some of the staff will stay behind to look after the kids who have to stay.

Taking some soup in for lunch (free toast and fruit provided). As I don't know how tired I'll be tonight, I'll pick up something reduced and simple from Mr T on the way home. Had a nice spag bol last night.

Have a good day everyone :)

    Morning all :j:j

Chilly here this morning but it looks like it might be a nice day here.

Iv not posted In a few days. Iv not had a lot to report really.

The twins are up and dressed. Iv just given them there breakfast.

I had a very busy day yesterday. I had a good sort out of the twins toys. They have loads of toys. They really have been spoilt by my wife and the grand parents and great great parents.
Anyway, I had a good sort out and got shot of some of them. They really do have far too many and they don't play with most of them.
I also need to sort out at some point there books. They probable have somewhere near 200 book! Some of them are now far too young for them and are no longer looked at.
With Christmas on the way. We really need to make some space!

Today I need to go down my Mums and Dads this morning to move some items that are too heavy for them. They are having there two down stairs rooms decorated at the moment.

I cooked sweet and sour pork last night for dinner. i used the left over pork from the Sunday roast and I used a Jar of 20p asda smart price sweet and sour source. Not bad suff to tell you the truth. Iv never used it before but I will use it again. I added my own peppers and mushroom, onion and some sweet corn. The sauce did have some floating bits in it. Not sure what they were but they might have been bits of veg of some sort.

Not sure what I'm doing for dinner tonight.

Well I hope that you all have a great day

    Enjoy yourself's :j:j

Raining here. I need to get my hair done in an hour so hope it stops!:rotfl:
Woke every hour last night, but went back again. Had a really strange experience at 2am. Think it was a dream, but I was sitting in a small room, and loads of angels and cherubs came in, then they surrounded me and this really warm bright light covered me, and I could feel a healing glow cover me. I woke up feeling really good.:T Maybe it was real, I do believe in Angels.:o

Going to lunch with my cousin today. Then she is taking me to physio for my arm.

Hope you all have a good day.:T

Perhaps someone, somewhere was performing a healing for you and that is how you felt it. I went on a healing retreat and one day could not participate in the external visit so spent the day back at base. Whist the rest of the group were away I snoozed and ate and then slept again all afternoon and woke up feeling amazing. I thanked the group that night for all their healing vibes and a few sheepishly shrugged and said that's ok. They had been individually sending healing throughout the day and I had felt it:T

I agree about that little girl in Wales - but why oh why was she playing out in the darkness at such a young age:eek:

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
