  • Hi there Save Dosh

Thanks for your reply! I have tried vinegar and lemon (with bicarb) and although everything is clean after using them, I can't seem to make it smell nice! Instead all I can smell is white vinegar! Am I doing something wrong
I use plain malt vinegar, value or smartprice and dilute with water, it is a bit choking for a minute or two and then disappears, then i just sprinkle baby oil and essential oils and rub round with paper towel or something. It never smells of vinegar. Ive got to run, good luck with everything.
  • Kitchen units all cleared and wiped, windowsil cleared and wiped, sink all shiney again. Need to clear the kitchen table and meassure it, badly need a table cloth for it. I'm hoping to get the kitchen done before DS3 goes to playgroup then i can price flooring for the kitchen while he's away. :D

Goodintentions i hope things improve soon for your DD. I would ask her if she wanted to see GP but i wouldn't like the GP to dish out meds straight away tho from experience they will (seem to have a tablet for everything). A good walk with DD may help abit, i know KD would talk more when we were walking and he always bottled all his feelings up.

    Empty all bins
Tuesday - Kitchen & Dining Room

    Good morning Flyfolk!

Well I filled the WM last night, but I didnt actually switch it on... Oops! And I never got round to the dishes either. So did some dishes this morning and put the WM on while I made lunch boxes this morning

Decluttered child to school, then had appt at the asthma clinic for new puffers and got my flujab while I was there. One more job done. :D

Not really much I can do about my budget to be honest. Majority of my outgoings are credit cards that I foolishly let someone else use when they were desperate and they never paid me back, In addition to that, I had to buy stuff for the new house after being homeless and had nothing and no choice! ...Credit cards are being shuffled onto a 0% card though. Meaning I should have one payment going out instead of four!

Im going to cancel my mobile phone contract I think though and just go with a pay as you go... Everything else is at the bare minimum already so there isnt much else I can do!

I did get a phone call from the CSA the other day out of the blue saying they have finally caught up with my ex after 10 years and they are going for details of his employer and may start arresting his wages. So that might be a little something extra coming in but I wont hold my breath :rotfl:

Im hoping that I will get free school meals for LO and perhaps something from Housing Benefit, but I will just have to wait and see and dont want to count on anything I dont actually have yet.

If I bought no food, Id be breaking even! My budget includes £20 electricity a week for the meter and £10 for gas, but we dont actually use that much so if I can keep those two to a minimum that'll help too.

Anyway - Im picking up my nephew tonight as my brother is away on a course this week, so Im not sure how much flying Ill manage later, but hopefully something!! :D

    LAter xx

Also I didn't realise that each days lists were on the first page so thanks for that! I will be flying today as well as well ticking off my own lists!

Thank you, I'm just getting to grips with this thread so forgive me while I'm still learning :D

I use white wine vinegar and lemon or lime juice, with bicarbonate of soda, and I don't really notice any smell.

It was months before I realised the new lists were on page 1 daily - I used to wait until someone posted their list and then copy it :o:o :rotfl:

You are doing really well :T

Yey! Lists are done, with the exception of an extra or two... Now to decide whether I have time to bake before grandparents arrive or whether to concentrate my efforts on trying to change the toilet seat.

Edit: There's no way I'm going to manage that toilet seat, maybe I can cajole Dad into doing it when he's here. Baking it is!
  • Fridge has been cleared out...:o Rang transport again but no phone call back yet, considering i rang last thursday as well..

Ordered DD's b'day pressent so at least thats something in the way of b'days sorted only another 6 to buy for before christmas.

Right best get DS3 dressed and reload TD, WM and get DW on..
