Hi ladies, welcome newbies and happy birthdays and hugs for everyone :)

Ive been a bit absent lately, but Ive got some sad news that a few of you will already know - Ive had to have Red put down. She had something wrong with her that gave me only a small % of getting her better from, and I couldnt do it to her.

So Grape has had to take over the stash of horse shampoo I have - but I dont see us using it up very soon !!

no ins or UUs for me, but then I finished ages ago bar soap,so its not so exciting when I do any more anyway !!!! :)

So sorry to hear about Red Trudi, that's really sad but I'm sure you acted in her best interest and didn't want to see her suffer. Doing the right thing doesn't make it any easier though :grouphug:

I'm so sorry to hear that :(

Rogueylawyer, re the BS lotion that split and was a TA, you have discovered PRCP (see my sig.) the hard way, what a pain that is.

It's so very frustrating, but my partner introduced me to the idea that good things should be used, not just saved for best. Still a difficult habit to break.

I honestly don't know, really should sit down and make a list. I've just been recording INs and UUs etc. I suspect my biggest stash is body lotions / body butters. Some I wonder what possessed me to buy - I mean banana fragranced body butter and matching shower gel. Am I 5?? I know they were in the sale, but seriously!

This is all your fault (that way I am not to blame). I went looking for the Ren products and found another stash!

Tisserand energize essential oil roll on
Yves Rocher pure aromatics pulse point roll on serenity
Bobbi Brown hydrating face cream sample 1.5 ml
Ren vetiver hand and body cream 15ml
Ren active 7 radiance eye gel 5ml
Ren hydra calm global protection day cream 15ml

So that brings my starting total to 301  I think I may faint!

So sorry, even when it is for the best possible motive, it is always horrible to have to do it. Big hugs.

Red ... beautiful Petrovna, RIP. I've said some of it before but it's worth repeating.
I know that reading about Red made me smile and made others smile too. Some lovely photographs and memories have been shared on here. Thanks Trudi, you thought yourself lucky to have her, but she was so very lucky to have you.
There will only ever be one Red, but there will hopefully be more good Grape stories too, in time.
