Happy birthday for WednesdayIve been a bit absent lately, but Ive got some sad news that a few of you will already know - Ive had to have Red put down. She had something wrong with her that gave me only a small % of getting her better from, and I couldnt do it to her.
So sorry to hear about Red. Lots of hugs and thoughts go to you....
No more UUs to report - things have really slowed down this month as I have started full size cleanser and day & night creams recently so suspect they will be LHJ. Some make up splutterers but still a long way to go....
Happy Half Term Halloween everyone0 -

This was part of a present from the christmas before last! The product sinks in beautifully and doesn't leave me feeling greasy like other body butters can do....but unfortunately I don't love the smell! I have a couple more Elle MacPherson products to use up in the stash.
On to the next. Feel like I'm cheating using all the mini's but it really does keep the momentum flowing!
If this is the one I'm thinking of I love the smell - the limey one? Haven't had the body butter but I've had other items in the range and really liked them. I think I've got the solid perfume somewhere which I think will last forever - or until it goes off!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
UU Original Source Shower Gel (Honey). Ran out of liquid hand soap so I re-purposed the shower gel. WNBA
UU Neutrogena intensive hand cream. WNBA. Didn't do a thing for me. It was greasy and too heavy...............................................................................

I'm with you re: Eyebright.
Went shopping with Emma yesterday and was very good even though we saw lots of lovely nail colours - the Models Own Mirrorball ones looked gorgeous. Thankfully, the Wonderland ones were not in stock as that could have been a tester. Couldn't find the Barry M limited edition web one either. Saw a lot of Essie and Nails inc in TK Maxx but still resisted. The new Essie colours in Boots were lovely though.
May be going out today as well as she is at a Halloween party on Wednesday night and does not have a costume as yet. At the moment waiting on delivery of some new headboards so may not get out today.
Have totted up my INs and UUs for October and have come out even stevens with 16 UUs and 17 INs - one of those is a definite gift for Christmas so am not really counting it as an IN to add to stash but still a spend though.
UUs that I don't need to replace as have stashed items are:-
Elemis Neck and Bust, hair conditioner, Elemis mask (have decided not taking advantage of the Timetospa Halloween offer after all as I just don't have £50.00 to spare), Sephora body scrub (have one on the go but this is the last one), PCMC, soap, LE IBST (again only have one on the go now and then will have to repurchase), shampoo, TBS rose shower gel and Sephora shower gel, TBS body butter.
The UUs I had that will need to be repurchased:-
Elemis night cream (at the moment though using a concoction of Good Works Dry Skin Oil and Elemis SOS Emergency cream), Bubble Wash (won't repurchase this but am planning on getting some cheap steeping tablets when I'm back in work to do this treatment once a week) and hair colour (will look out for good offers on this when needed - I like the one I've just used and also like the Garnier Nutrisse ones).
My INS were:
4 x L'occitane hand creams. This was stashing but they were cheap as they were magazine freebies.
3 x Dove hair conditioners. These came with the hand cream attached to the magazine. Would not buy this again.
Sun Beam and Cha Cha tint - again magazine freebies. I like the Sun Beam and will probably buy again. The Cha Cha is quite nice on my lips but dries them out. Would rather buy a No 7 lipstain than replace this.
Mitchum deodorant x 2 - these were on clearance shelf at Boots. Emma won't use them though as they are for men. MrM has started using one and I'll use the other when mine's gone as it doesn't smell that "manly".
Exfotonic for Emma - says it's good so will buy again.
OPI x 2 - pure indulgence
Bubble Wash - mentioned in UUs
Gok set - Xmas gift
Concealer - This and the 2 x deodorants were probably the only necessities I bought this month.
Oh dear. Must try harder.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

mcculloch29 wrote: »Back to report the UU. After all the disasters with expensive/not the cheapest foam hair colours last year, (John Frieda, Clairol Foam) I swore to go cheap. Needless to say, I've had no problems since.
So Wilkinson's 'Simply Colour' in Medium Brown. No conditioner, useless gloves (used the old John Frieda ones instead) and a tube to squeeze into a bottle and shake, then snip the top off. Massage into hair and leave for 30 mins. Took me back to using the same methods 25 years ago.
It worked perfectly. No really strong ammonia smell, though it was detectable. I used lashings of conditioner rinsing clear afterwards and all is well today. My hair is the colour I hoped for, the greys are masquerading as light browns, and all is well.
WIBA? At £1.09 a throw, I should say so.
i used Castings a few weeks ago and my hair has not been the same since, very very frizzy despite all the masques/conditioners i have used since AND the colour came out at the back of my head(did wonder if this was cos I swim 3 times a week but no other colours do this!)redid with boots own at £3 ,love the colour and DH swears the back is fine but hair still very frizzy.I am going to the hairdressers on friday for a trim but am afraid she will want to cut the frizz off:(annoying as trying to grow it but hate the feeling at the ends of my hair as can feel a def change from the roots which are fine to the frizz about 2 inches from the ends:eek::eek::eek::eek:never again will I use castings!
now using lots of BB stuff BUT some only on half my face:rotfl:
def def don't need to buy any more stuff fro a long time, only thing I "need" is an opium fix....the perfume that is as told DH last Christmas and he bought me the body cream which is lovely but already had some so still 3/4 full!but now run out of perfume, had to spell it out to him what I want as don't like the new manifesto but do like the new opium(vapeurs?)0
