Virgin Mobile sim/Landline problems HELP!!!

Personally, I think it's more likely that Virgin Media rectified the problem whilst you were waiting for the new sim to arrive from Virgin Mobile, so that when you tried out your new sim and it worked, it would look like it was the old sim at fault.Thank you everyone for your help. It was a dodgy sim! Virgin mobile thought that it was Virgin medias fault but they sent a new sim anyway and it works perfectly!
Not that it really matters of course, so long as you're sorted now.
