Virgin Mobile sim/Landline problems HELP!!!

    Personally, I think it's more likely that Virgin Media rectified the problem whilst you were waiting for the new sim to arrive from Virgin Mobile, so that when you tried out your new sim and it worked, it would look like it was the old sim at fault.

    Not that it really matters of course, so long as you're sorted now. ;)
