Do you mean passport/driving license? Because if it's just any old photo then the person in the photo can be the one turning up for the test.. I so know what EX is like.0

The person getting tested has to provide photographic proof, ie something like a passport, *not* just any old photo.0 -
You are talking rubbish now
with all due respect, when faced with this situation, hundreds of things go through your head. My first thought was my ex would send his brother (as they're very alike) or find some way around it as he was so determined to show anyone who would listen that it was me that had been having an affair, not him (despite the fact he was living with her!! no logic to it!). I had to endure our older children returning from contact with their dad asking why daddy was saying the baby wasn't his baby and was therefore only their half brother which they didn't understand but were obviously very upset about. Not only that, but they had been subjected to hearing the conversation the ex had with the CSA which again, I'm sure they didn't really understand but which was unpleasant for them and should never have happened. As I said above, my ex's motives were, I think, about proving to the girlfriend he had been 'faithful' to her and he went to extreme lengths to achieve this - finally settling on a story that I had raped him to get pregnant so he wouldn't leave me. Obviously, all of it was total carp.
OP - I believe in the event that the test doesn't turn out the way you expected, it is possible to ask for the photos which would obviously confirm who turned up for the test. Try not to worry - when he gets the paperwork and realises he's going to have to pay a considerable sum and he's going to struggle to get out of it, he'll probably back down. If he doesn't, then at some level you have to assume he feels he has reason to want the test or his need to upset you is greater than the hole in his wallet is going to be so let him have it and you can prove him wrong. My ex backed down but I suspect it will rear it's head again at some point in the future but we'll deal with it then if it does.0 -

This is correct - if the test is negative, an officer from the Csa will visit the PWC in person to discuss it. They will take with them photos of the person who took the test.0 -

My post was agreeing with what you posted later or should I say your post is agreeing with what I put earlier.
I was pointing out to daryld that there is little to worry over, there are no loopholes in the system on that score. I, like others have taken the dna test, sometimes it is worth having a response from the other gender as that is where the answers may lay jj1980 take note, this is not a battle of the sexes0 -
