Hoping i have hit my lbm with smoking. I've quit twice before for 18 months each time and then been sucked back in. Hoping i can do it this time without conning myself that i can do the 'just an occasional fag'. Always my downfall.

Chewy mentioned on the NPT that it's only for 28 days, which means that (technically, playing by the rules) you can still go out, get smashed and smoke about 40!
