I imagine the safe option is to wait for your icesave details.

Just got them through, thanks home alone :-)
Couple of very quick questions, first of all should I transfer via the direct debit setup in my Lloyds online account now or will there be a fee for doing that? Also, they sent a blue envelope but nothing at all mentioned that needs to be sent back, should I just ignore it?0 -
There isn't a fee for requesting a direct debit from your nominated account into your icesave account.
By the way, I find the logon process a tad awkward, as the date field is americanised in order. I have to sit at the pc counting them out on my fingers. Maybe it's just me :rolleyes:Debbie0 -
To save remembering so many passwords and log in info I log into all my accounts via First Direct Internet Plus - you do not have to be an FD customer - it's an 'all in one' place for all your accounts.
Once you set up the security info for each account, you only ever need to log in to FD Internet Plus and see all your accounts there, click on each one to log in automatically. I have all my savings (IceSave, ICICI), current accounts, credit cards (FD, Royal Bank of Scotland), T-Mobile, Yahoo and so much more there. Each displays balances and / or messages (in case of Yahoo etc).
Have been using it for over a year and never any probs. Been with FD over 9 year and never any probs re online banking either.
I usually log in to FD, click my current account and 'pay' button, select IceSave from drop-down list, enter amount and click 'confirm' - very easy. I don't do it via IceSaves' system.MFW #185

can u set up a direct debit to a lloyds saving account? I have it linked to my current account, but would find it much easier to link to my savings so i can just leave all my savings in that

I am a little confused regarding interest paid on my Icesave a/c, hoping someone can help me understand it. The question is why would earn less interest this month when I have more in the account than I started with? Wouldn't the interest be slightly more than last month? Especially as the interest rate went up

If you look at your figures, the first lot of interest was generated by a longer time period than the second.Debbie0 -
Thanks Debbie. Knew it would have to be something as simple as that!DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0
