No but if you keep asking it will happen thats life.
I do recall seeing a thread with some complaints somewhere else on here. Never had any problems myself though.

Never had any probs myself either - clean cut and good rates, quick transfers and a decent statement at the end of the tax year...

Hi i am also thinking of opening an icesave account, i read earlier that you can have two accounts attached to it to sent money from/to - do they both have to be in your name or could you have a family members account attached? How easy is it to change the details of these accounts? Thanks

Looking at my Icesave a/c I see that all you need to enter is account details not same name as account holder. Hope this helps.

I think they have to be in your name for them to be able to authorise the direct debit that they set up. However, if you want someone else to be able to pay into the account, it is possible (though frowned upon by Landsbanki) to transfer money in from an external account using the sort code and account number you were given when you opened the account.

I have three linked accounts, though I do seem to recall reading somewhere that it had now been reduced to a maximum of two for some reason.

I hadn't realised that was how it worked until you pointed that out, and I double checked the welcome pack. It's not how I normally transfer funds between accounts.

What I do like about the Icesave 'transfer' method is that when you set up a transfer they give you an exact date (often 2 days hence) when the money will move rather than the 'hit and miss' transfers of some other places where you just wait and hope it goes through but not really knowing when it will.

Just to confirm, they've set up a direct debit on my Lloyds account, does that mean I can transfer the money across now via that or should I do it via a normal bank transfer? Also should I wait 'til I've got my Icesave login details?
