When I used the 15-80-00 sort code I got Childs&Co branded card, cheque book, and statements. Welcome letters and pin notification were branded RBS Private.

  • sorry for the delay.

it's a RBS login, and I opened it online. it's a simple premier reward black account.

This looks like an online statement. If you switch to paper it will come in C&C’s headed paper

Replacement debit card arrived, it has a curved notch on the right hand side 'so you can work out which way to insert your card into a cash machine or card reader'.

It also has four raised dots, in a square, ' so you know it's your RBS...card'.

RBS has begun to issue accessible cards across it's range of brands - it's good as it makes accessibility normal.
