Unfortunately, this is one of the problems that can occur when feeding dry food. It can also lead to early kidney failure.
Obviously, it is up to the individual owners what they choose to feed their pets.0 -

RC is a very good quality food, not sure why you would want to change it. My geriatric girls have been fed on it all their lives and the only time one became sick and needed treatment was when I tried to switch to one of these "healthy" high protein foods everyone keeps banging on about :rotfl:“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
