Thank you soooo much. I'm sure I read last night that their T&C had changed to only compare at 6am  I'm confused :o

The 6am message comes up frequently, think when some sort of updates are happening. Mostly late at night and then reverts to 3 hours again next morning. ;)

I feel you pain mate, I have had a chest infection for 2 months now, had chest x-rays, mucus samples, countless different antibiotics and still in the same miserable condition I was 2 months ago..

At least your beloved Saint won on Saturday, which is a lot more than I can say for my woeful Reading team!!!

i've had asthma for years. too many antibiotics don't work.

Vicks vapour rub on chest brings up carp. Then some ibuprofen and tough it out.

vitamin c is meant to help too.

Not been to As for couple of days, has anybody had any problems doing two shops at once using the apgs? I want to do two apgs one after other because my As is quite far. I did before the cap just wondering if they are saying 1 £15 per person ect
  • Thank you everybody for all fantastic advice. I can't stop crying but hopefully will get it our of my system before school meeting and pick up time. Thanks again you have all helped more then you will ever know xx

Don't be worried about the little man - he will come good. I promise you I have a 15 year old who was a nightmare - teacher used to keep a record of her bad behaviour. She tells me now that

    a) she was bored
    b) she did not like the teachers and
    c) she really did not like the other kids in the class.

She is a top performer now - we can laugh at it now - broke our blasted hearts at the time with other parents talking behind out backs. Work with him and give him loads of love. Px

  • When in T's earlier I bought myself some Innocent Orange Juice (1/2 price in Mr S ;) ) thought the extra Vitamin C would be good seeing as I'm stuffed with this bloody cold. Just went to our myself a glass there and discovered that I can't get the lid off :( Don't have the strength to open it!
Meh think I'll go join DD in bed :rotfl:

Thanks for the advice, have done the vics method for weeks with no joy and I am a Vit C junkie.

I was actually coughing so much at one point, stood up too quick and blacked out fell like a cut down tree straight on my face, which was nice 3 days before my hols. One side of my face and eye was just a huge black bruise.

Another time I actually coughed so hard I managed to fracture a rib!!!

I guess I will have to put up with it until it goes.

Many people in this world much worse off than me!!

My daughter has asthma and I get conflicting advise regarding Ibuprofen, one doctor prescribed it and another told me it should never be used if someone has asthma as it can cause problems. Vicks is great for bringing up the carp. They have just trebled my DD's steroids to try and bring hers under control.

I will look into the Vit C. Thank you, I know your post wasn't meant for me but I have found it really useful x
