Just back from SW weigh-in and got my 4 stone award and reached my target (for now anyway, may lose another half stone in a few months)

I would never push anyone to lose weight if they don't want to, but the SW diet is amazing and I'm so glad I finally found something that works without having to be hungry.

Me - I put over half a stone on last week due to eating and drinking too much on my all inclusive holiday!

Frankly the effort and costin staff time ,let alone any legal costs that sada would have to use to prosecute a case would make it untenable unless they had a clear need to deter other fraud. Also the negative publicity would be damaging.

Ive held off buying my 9yr old a DS for years, I wanted to make sure he does the best he can at school by reading, drawing, creating and writing. He's one of those children that, given half a chance, would spend every second on it. But this year he went on a school trip where the kids were allowed to bring a book or DS on the coach, my boy was the only child not to have one. Felt really terrible about that but he didn't seem to mind. This Christmas I've bought him a tablet, educational purposes only, and it'll be controlled by me. I've downloaded a science app and maths app I know he'll love (he signed himself up to extended maths lass after school!) we don't own a wii or the like, but I do allow him to play bin weevils on my laptop.

I was gutted as I missed out on a panasonic one at half price £59,99 so its still on the wanted list, there are alot of fans of them on oldstyle.

Both.. but some people have had offers off as the delivery date was after the offer ended.

Hi could someone please tell me if the rice puds trigger the vitamins at Ws? Or if it's something else? I know the vit c is for Ts but Ts don't have the things I want

its simple really

just put a rice pot into your basket then count to 3

1 rice
1 item
1 item =3

1 item
1 item
1 item =6

+ 2-3 fillers should do it nicely
