well done you , it's not an easy task as I'm sure your aware of , there are many people on this thread and in RL who will give you help and support to break the habit .

For some reason my Soft and Gentle deodrant did not work. I am not sure if it was because I got two. It was mixed with a cereal shop.

These Champix tablets have done me good though so far!
I'm loving the dreams I am getting with them, apart from last night I had a bit of a scary one all about ghosts and me attracting them, nearly had a heart attack when I started reading all your posts from last night :eek:

So anyway, here's hoping I can stick to it this time! I am hoping now I've seen how disgusting they really taste I will be ok

Well done Magicowen. Thats fab, you really can do it if you really want to.. I smoked from age 15 :eek: up until Nov 2010 and then met my boyf who doesnt smoke and decided to pack it in Best decision I ever made as im so much more healthy and fit now, plus more importantly, 2 months later I conceived with my gorgeous lil man (huge shock as I was on the coil eeeek), I didnt know for 3 months so just goes to show how much of a blessing it was to have quit.... anyway back to you ooops lol

We are all here for you for support and motivation so keep at it, you will do fab im sure x x x
