Defintely worth reporting to the DVLA with a picture of the sign & info about where this is - the word PENALTY was meant to have been banned well over a year ago for BPA members.

Reported this to the DVLA - DVLA sent it on the the BPA to take it up with APCOA, and the sign in question....

There's few very strong complaints in a number of days there, squeaky bum time for the APCOA directors I would think, sorry, hope.

Lovely, what a great sign, it beats the one I saw today from Akita Parking Services ;) though never heard of them lot before, it looks like this lot

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

So what's this "offence" regarding ticket transfers they are talking about?

I reported another PPC today over its signs and website. This is the
grandly named "National Parking Control", a small self-ticketing outfit which operates in car-parks owned by The Original Factory Shop. The ones I saw today in Sleaford had "penalty" all over them and was still mentioning clamping. Their website keeps mentioning "illegal parking" . They are an AOS member, so should know better.

Sadly a two-bob outfit who aren't members of the AOS. I'll eat my shorts if they're even a real company. No address, just some pay as you go mobile phone number.

    A one man fly-by-night cowboy I reckon.
