But it still says he will go to the dvla for RK details, my question is how ? The sign is deceptive!
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I've been away for a week. Is Perky still 'standing on the DVLA naughty step'? If so, I hope they have a big one, come October I can foresee quite a few scammers taking up residence...... shame 8)

although the red and yellow sign talks of penaltys, there is no mention about getting the RK data form the DVLA or any sign of BPA membership, so these signs are either an empty threat, or its no more than an on vehicle ticket operation.

However if a company is not allowed access to the database, and says that it will get details from the DVLA couldnt it be argued that these signs are also empty threats, and therefore meningles (for the duration of the ban) just like the BPM with its probable empty threats pictured above?

Agh yes perky has indeed got a new sign, must have cost him a bit to replace all those naughty ones

However still no sign in his latest news section about him getting suspended by the DVLA

    Odd that....
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.

Cant post the pic of the sign but are its words. "no parking unloading 15 minutes only "
It doesn't have anything else. So should the ppc put they normal words on there saying about pcn etc
The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.
We workers all love it and the ppc hate it :rotfl:

Today ive been to Derby, and whilst poppiing into a Sainsburys off the A52 to top up with petrol i spotted these large imposing signs at the entrance, courtesy of euro car parks.

No football traffic as its near to the local football ground, but there is a £60 penalty, going up to £80 if not paid in 7 days
