not sure about the legal side of things

if they arent going to put an mot on it prior to sale then why would you want to deal with them
for the record as a trader it is an offence to offer for sale an unroadworthy car

Hi scotty, this is beginning to sound like an alternative to one of those autotraderspooks who flicks through the mag every week and spends a weekend phoning sellers with no intention whatsoever of buying.

I don't know much in the way of used vehicles, but if you pit the KA and the Fiesta together with their new, 2012 models - the Fiesta completely destroys it.

How do you work that out/

    £10.000 gets you a New 1.2 KA or a 1.25 Fiesta (60ps) -

    0 - 60 KA 13.4 Fiesta 16.9
    Tax KA £30 Fiesta £90
    MPG KA 55 Fiesta 50

The KA's (Fiat 1.2 ) is a non-interference engine, if the belt breaks the car will lose power and roll to a stop with no damage to the engine.

    Fiesta - oh dear
