I don't know much in the way of used vehicles, but if you pit the KA and the Fiesta together with their new, 2012 models - the Fiesta completely destroys it.

The Ford Ka is a really good car as long as you don't use them for frequent motorway trips. With a wheel on each corner, they handle like a go-cart. Ka's suffer from rust around the fuel cap which can be expensive to fix and can also a MOT failure. On older cars, check drivers and passengers sills for rot.

out of the OP's budget is a 2012 model.

another one for people to have a look at,it has no mot but they have said they put it through an mot for an extra £100.what do people think

the advert states it has a 12 MONTHS MOT in the advert but also says no tax no MOT.

i would avoid that one, as purely he wants rid of it and not for it to return, infact could it be legal to sell a vehicle to the genral public without an mot?

£100 for MOT? on yer bike sonny, just leave it there.
